What ‘Agentic AI’ is:

Typically, a workflow or work process has an ‘input’ and an ‘output,’ and we use AI to improve the steps in between.

With Agentic AI, we simply define our objective — we want to get from ‘A’ (input) to ‘B’ (output) — and let the Multi-Agent System determine the best way to reach ‘B.’

Phases

Phase 1

The team identifies which agents are needed using our Agents Roles Cards. 

Example of agents needed for the objective of ‘onboarding a new hire’. 

Phase 2

The team further defines the Multi-Agent System by:

  • Attaching tools and data to the different agents using our Tools Cards and Data Sources Cards.

  • Defining when the Multi-Agent System should critique itself or seek human feedback — using our Further Defining the Multi-Agent System Cards.

Throughout all phases, the team is guided by our Agentic AI Collaboration Board.

Phase 3

Technical phase. Agentic AI expert suggests AI agents on the marketplace or building the needed AI agents.

After 1.5 years, we’ll invite you to our ‘Refresher Training’ (for a small fee) to maintain your certification to lead AI Design Sprints®, keep access to our Learning Management System with updated materials, and stay connected to our Community for ongoing support.

2. Training

Here you will gain all the skills needed to lead AI Design Sprint®: Agentic AI sessions. You can either participate with your colleagues in a Company Team Training or join individually in a Bootcamp.

Upon completion of the Training, you will receive a Certificate validating your skills and granting you the right to lead AI Design Sprint®: Agentic AI sessions with clients and in-house teams.

Here you can connect with other certified AI Design Sprint® Facilitators. Once a month, we host a live call to share updates, exchange learnings, and showcase members’ AI use cases. Through the Community Platform, you receive ongoing support from both fellow members and trainers.
