AI Design Sprint™: Products & Services
11.-14. Jun, 14-19.00 (CET)
26.-29. Aug, 14-19.00 (CET)
Improve/transform existing products/services with AI
Become a certified AI Design Sprint™ Facilitator
For product teams, product managers, and product designers
For business and IT consultants
This bootcamp is designed for individuals. However, if you are from a medium to large enterprise, you and up to 7 of your colleagues can also join our Company Team Training, which is tailored to fit your schedule.
The AI Design Sprint™
It’s based on the Google design sprint (a 5-day process to solve critical business questions), but the AI Design Sprint™ is faster (it starts with 8 hours) and the focus is on AI.
We are happy that Jake Knapp, the inventor of the Google design sprint, likes the AI Design Sprint™: “Holy smokes, 33A’s AI Design Sprint™ is excellent!” Since starting, we have led hundreds of AI Design Sprints™ with small and large organizations.
The phases of AI Design Sprint™: Products & Services
1. AI Opportunity Mapping/AI Assessment of the products
Optional entry point A: The client doesn’t know with which of the company’s products to start for AI application.
The starting points for AI Opportunity Mapping are the simplified customer journeys of all products/services. The client team identifies which existing products/services are most valuable for improvement/transformation with AI. AI Opportunity Mapping provides a systematic approach to do so.
2. Concept Development
Entry point B: The product for improvement/transformation with AI has been identified.
The starting points for Concept Development are the definition of the customer/persona and the customers/personas customer journey and the company’s value proposition. The client team develops improvement/transformation solution concepts for the product using our AI Cards and our other tools. They visualize and define the transformed product and perform an ethical check.
3. Assessment
The client team assesses their developed concepts technical feasibility, value for the employee, and value for the business or business case.
The outcome of the AI Design Sprint™ is the technical brief. It includes the description of the AI solution and its technical functionalities, the identification and description of data sources, and an initial understanding of the technical complexity.
This leads to the Tech Check where an AI expert performs a technical feasibility check. In the following meeting with the client, the technical roadmap is outlined. This leads to the Prototype, where a technical prototype is built.
