Experience Session AI
13. Jan 8-9.30 (CET)
5. Feb 18.30-20.00 (CET)
Experience developing AI application concepts as a team—no technical knowledge needed.
Upcoming sessions:
In 2026 Amazon, Google, Meta, and Microsoft plan to invest around $600 billion into AI—a clear signal that AI is no longer optional. Board-room agendas everywhere are following suit.
But what about your organisation? Where could AI deliver the most value, and how do you take the first or next step?
Whether you’re an external consultant guiding non-technical clients or you’re part of an in-house team trying to identify high-impact, feasible use cases, the challenge is the same: spotting opportunities, winning support from non-technical decision-makers, and collaborating effectively with technical colleagues.
During our Experience Session AI, you’ll sample the AI Design Sprint®—an intuitive framework that helps cross-functional teams rapidly surface opportunities, validate ideas, and co-create AI solutions.
What to expect
In the Experience Session AI, you will work in a team of about 10 people and develop an AI application concept for one work process step. The focus is on Process Automation, which means, applying AI to improve a work process by partly or fully automating it.
Expect this session to be interactive, hands-on, high energy and playful. No tech knowledge necessary. The session is live, remote, limited to around 10 people to allow interaction.

The phases you will experience in the session
Phase 1: Workflow analysis
Using a pre-mapped example process, the team identifies and prioritizes pain points.
Phase 2: AI technology
You’ll work with our AI Cards®, which provide an overview of all AI capabilities.
Phase 3: Prioritization + defining the solution
The team prioritizes the potential AI applications, combines some of them, and visualizes the solution in the new process map.
Phase 4: Ethical risk mitigation
Using our Ethical Risk Mitigation Cards the team checks their developed solution ethically.
Agenda
Overview of the AI Design Sprint®. Introduction to the example process you will be working on.
Hands-on exercise: You’ll receive a link to a Miro board where you’ll work in a group to develop an AI concept for an example workflow—we will guide you step by step. Along the way, you’ll use our AI Cards® to identify potential AI applications and then prioritize them.
The group visualizes their AI concept and checks it ethically using our Ethical Risk Mitigation Cards.

“Yes, everybody was super excited! Thanks for a fantastic Experience Session AI with my colleagues and me. Everybody just l-o-v-e-s the method.”
Mikkel Lehmann, Digital Strategy Manager, Monsterlab
“I really enjoyed the Experience Session AI. This is what I took away from it:
Even non technical people can understand AI
Using design thinking in developing AI solutions is much faster because you find the simplest and most effective route
The AI Ethics Cards© place the solution in a context and you think about future implications
Incorporating an automation/AI first mindset in your day to day allows you to be more focused on where you can bring real value
