What to expect

In the Experience Session AI + Healthcare, you will work in a team and develop an AI application concept for one user journey step of one user-segment. The focus is on healthcare service, but we take a look at healthcare and pharma workflows as well.

Expect this session to be interactive, hands-on, high energy and playful. No tech knowledge necessary. The session is live, remote, limited to around 10 people to allow interaction.

The phases you will experience in the session

Phase 1: User Journey Analysis

The starting point is the person and the persons journey. This is prepared. The team places, describes and prioritizes pain-points. Focus in this session is on one journey step.

Phase 2: AI Technology

You’ll experience our AI Cards® which give an overview of all AI capabilities. You will select the AI capabilities you need to improve that user journey step.

Phase 3: Prioritization

The team prioritizes the selected AI capabilities and formulates a first concept of how to use the top AI capabilities to improve that journey step.

Phase 4: Visualization of the solution

Remodeling of the user journey with AI in it/adaption of the user journey step.

Phase 5: Ethical Check

Using our Ethical Risk Mitigation Cards the team checks their developed AI solution through an ethical perspective.

Agenda

Overview of the AI Design Sprint®: Healthcare. Introduction to the example persona and user journey you will be working with.
Hands-on exercise: You’ll receive a link to a Miro board where you’ll work in a group to develop an AI concept for an example persona and user journey—we will guide you step by step. Along the way, you’ll use our AI Cards® Healthcare to identify potential AI applications and then prioritize them.

The group visualizes their AI concept and checks it ethically using our Ethical Risk Mitigation Cards.
