Why focus on Copilot?
For organisations in the Microsoft environment, Copilot is the most natural starting point for AI adoption. Employees already have access to it.
Who is this for?
Learning & Development teams responsible for driving meaningful Copilot adoption across the organisation.
IT & Procurement teams deciding which employees should receive a Copilot Pro licence — and need evidence to make that call wisely.
Anyone curious about Copilot training and how to scale Copilot adoption in an organization.
The challenge
Employees have Copilot — but use it only for basic tasks, the deeper potential stays untouched. And when it's time to allocate Pro licences, there's no structured way to know who truly needs one.
Why AI Design Sprint®: Copilot?
Instead of broad, generic Copilot training — a focused approach on the one use case that creates real day-to-day value.
Why join the Copilot Experience Session?
Hands-on, not theoretical — you develop a real Copilot use case during the session, not just watch a presentation.
No Copilot knowledge needed — the methodology makes Copilot accessible to anyone.
Experience the AI Design Sprint®: Copilot firsthand — and decide with confidence whether a pilot is the right next step.
How it works
Before the session
In the full AI Design Sprint®: Copilot, participants first go through a high-level phase to select the one workflow where Copilot delivers the most value. In the Copilot Experience Session, we skip this step and start directly from a predefined workflow.
Start with a workflow
This is where the Copilot Experience Session begins, in the on-the-ground phase — with a workflow. Imagine it is your own, but here we work through a live example. The goal is to develop a Copilot use case for that workflow.
The tools you will experience
You will work with a selection of our Copilot Cards, which organize all Copilot capabilities.
The Collaboration Board, with its five-minute tasks, will guide you step by step toward your solution. You will work as a team, supported by two facilitators.
Output
The team has defined exactly where AI adds value, what it should do, and how much to automate — captured in an updated workflow map and evaluated. In our short Copilot Experience Session we focus on one workflow step.
