The challenge

AI is becoming unavoidable — Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, and Microsoft alone are investing $700 Billion into it in 2026. The real question isn't whether to use AI — it's where it delivers real value for your organization, and how to get your team aligned around that.

Who is this for?

Business professionals who want to identify where AI can add value and work effectively with technical teams.

Technical professionals who want to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders on AI initiatives.

External consultants who want to start AI projects with non-technical clients.

Anyone curious about applying AI in their work.

Why the AI Experience Session?

  • Hands-on, not theoretical — you develop a real AI concept during the session, not just watch a presentation.

  • No tech knowledge needed — the methodology makes AI accessible to any cross-functional team.

  • Experience the AI Design Sprint® firsthand — and decide with confidence whether a full training is the right next step.

How it works

Starting point

A full AI Design Sprint® covers an entire process end-to-end. This session gives you a focused taste — starting from a ready-made process map, you'll concentrate on just one step and experience the approach firsthand.

The tools you will experience

  • You will work with a selection of our AI Cards®, which organize all AI capabilities.

  • The Collaboration Board, with its five-minute tasks, will guide you step by step toward your solution. You will work as a team, supported by two facilitators.

  • You will also use our Ethical Risk Mitigation Cards to evaluate your AI solution from an ethical perspective.

Examples of AI Cards® and Ethical Risk Mitigation Cards

What participants say

“Yes, everybody was super excited! Thanks for a fantastic AI Experience Session with my colleagues and me. Everybody just l-o-v-e-s the method.”

Mikkel Lehmann, Digital Strategy Manager, Monsterlab

“I really enjoyed the AI Experience Session. This is what I took away from it:

  • Even non technical people can understand AI

  • Using design thinking in developing AI solutions is much faster because you find the simplest and most effective route

  • The Ethical Risk Mitigation Cards place the solution in a context and you think about future implications

  • Incorporating an automation/AI first mindset in your day to day allows you to be more focused on where you can bring real value
