How it works
We train one or more of your internal teams to lead AI Design Sprint®: Copilot sessions — so you can reach every employee with their most valuable Copilot use case.
In practice, it works in two steps: your certified facilitators guide employees through identifying their highest-value Copilot use case, and a Copilot expert — internal or external — then delivers focused training on that specific use case.
The more teams you train, the faster you scale. Our reach tiers start at 1,000 employees per year, with larger tiers available as your rollout grows.

The facilitator training
Training takes place over 2 days. On the first day your team experiences the AI Design Sprint®: Copilot as participants — seeing the full session unfold from the inside. On the second day they step into the facilitator role, leading parts of the session themselves.
Every participant receives the AI Design Sprint®: Copilot Facilitator certificate, along with the Copilot Cards, Collaboration Board, slides and Facilitator Guide needed to run sessions.
Pricing
Our model is based on reach. The first tier covers up to 1,000 employees per year, at €50,000 annually — training and materials included. Larger tiers are available for up to 5,000 and 10,000+ employees. Contact us for a tailored quote.

We offer a pilot at €8,000 — one full day onsite with up to 15 participants and four monthly follow-up sessions — so you can experience the methodology firsthand before scaling.
