In practice, it works in two steps: your certified facilitators guide employees through identifying their highest-value Copilot use case, and a Copilot expert — internal or external — then delivers focused training on that specific use case.

The rollout model
The facilitator training
Training takes place over 2 days. On the first day your team experiences the AI Design Sprint®: Copilot as participants — seeing the full session unfold from the inside. On the second day they step into the facilitator role, leading parts of the session themselves.
Every participant receives the AI Design Sprint®: Copilot Facilitator certificate, along with the Copilot Cards, Collaboration Board, slides and Facilitator Guide needed to run sessions.
Pricing
An annual flat fee based on company size — up to 1,000, up to 5,000, or 10,000+ employees. Contact us for a quote.
