Bootcamps are live and run online. Before we start, you receive the physical Starter Kit: all cards and the Facilitator Guide to follow along.
The training is fast-paced and hands-on. You learn by doing: you go through the AI Design Sprint® as a participant and facilitate parts of it yourself.
After the Bootcamp you receive your certificate, access to our Learning Management System with all digital material, and a place in our online community for ongoing support.

Bootcamps
From single agent to multi-agent system. No tech expertise needed.
Teams come in one of two ways. Either they have already run an AI Design Sprint®: Process Automation and know what they want automated — now they use agents to do it. Or a department looks at one of its work processes and asks: could agents do this?
In both cases the team works through the same steps: check where agents can take over the work, align on roles and handoffs, and design the multi-agent system.
The output is a blueprint of the multi-agent system, ready to be built on Langdock, Microsoft Copilot or any other agent platform.

In our experience, this is where organizations apply AI the most: partly or fully automating work processes. It is also the module we train most.
If a department or business area doesn’t know where to start with AI, leadership sets the focus in an Opportunity Mapping session. Then the whole team comes together — the people who work with the process every day — and develops the specific AI solution as an AI-powered process map.
The output is a technical brief for the build team and the information gathered in the session to prepare the business case.

Most Copilot training covers everything and changes little. Here, each person finds the one Copilot use case that matters most in their work, builds a prototype of it in Copilot, and presents it.
In the Bootcamp you learn to lead this with your teams: the use case part on our Collaboration Board in Miro, the build part in Copilot. Cards, board and materials included.
